Jetlag had me up at 7:30am, and I had quite a few tomatoes ready for harvest in the garden, so I decided to use Ina Garten’s Roasted Tomato recipe to make a pretty spectacular breakfast.  Very easy and very delicious!

There’s a witty comment to be made here about Garten/Garden, but I’ll just leave well enough alone.
